Our History

The Minnesota Dance Ensemble was founded in 2003. The Company was created in an effort to provide an artistic outlet for adult dancers in the community to perform and create dance works post high school and college dance training. Company members perform in the styles of modern and jazz dance in and around Central MN as well as touring throughout the midwest. MDE calls the Paramount Theater in St. Cloud MN it's home and is very luck to have such a supportive arts community. The ensemble hopes to continue expanding their audience base providing entertainment and dance education throughout central Minnesota. MDE's Current Directors are Stephanie Eichman and Amanda Chouinard.

MDE recieved their 501(c)3 accrediation in January 2007
